MysteryTurd Says:
This is some of the most innovative current music that I've ever heard, especially that ending that sounded like a cross between trance and jazz fusion. Fleet Foxes is the most refreshing sound in music right now, shame they're not more well-known...

Loss in Three Acts.
kyrakyramyra Says:
Im finding it difficult to tell- is this done entirely with paper cutout animation? Or is it digital, just made to look like it? The entire feel of it tells me it's traditional, but it's hard to know for sure.

My first impression agrees. Maybe Ill find something there eventually. The band has earned the benefit of any doubt I might carry at ths point. I guess I just hope I dont begin feeling a pushing envelop at the expense solid song writing.
GumballMachine13 Says:

cmaestrey Says:
My way of looking at this is, that his girlfriend or someone close to him left him and he soon becomes depressed, trying out new things (herbivore eating the bunny), trying to be positive, but then he just realizes his life is an ongoing routine of being sad then after all, we becomes suicidal and drowns him self in the ocean, but when he dies it isn't horrific, it's peaceful and everything is fine.
0hype Says:
This has to be my all time favorite song. I really wish they cut out the sax > 6:40, It always brings pain my ears, maybe that frequency just isn't for me? Anyone else feel the same? I understand what they're trying to convay, but as much as I try to enjoy it, I just can't. Such a beautiful song.
