Yes it is. Do you understand the difference between "Bluetooth Ready" and "Built In Bluetooth"? In order to have Bluetooth capabilities, you need to add a KCE-400BT.

The AUX port is an INPUT, it is not for headphones.

yes its removable, its a 200 dollar head unit, and i'm sure it would tell you how in the owners manual, when u buy it

ipod rear is just a USB plugin that comes from the rear that u can have going to your glovebox if that is where u want it going. if u have a key to get into your glove box, its a good idea because u can keep ur ipod in there and have it ready at all times
